Crispy Banana popsicles
Ingredients (makes 9)
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/8 cup cacao butter
1 tbsp Wisdom
Minced almonds (or other nuts of your choice)
Peale the bananas, cut in half, insert popsicle sticks into bananas and place it in the freezer on a wax paper lined cookie sheet while you prepare the crispy layer.
On a small pan heat up the cacao and peanut butter with the Wisdom. Dip the bananas into the sauce and immediately sparkle them with the almonds and cacao nibs.
Put them back to the freezer for 10 minutes and they’re done. If you wish to make ice creams leave it more time.
