Ingredients (serves 1)
1 tsp Shield
½ tsp dry ginger
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp honey
1 cup/ 250ml unsweetened vegetable milk
Place all ingredients (except the hone) in a pan and heat up until warm (don’t let it boil) always mixing.
Turn off the heat, add the honey, take off the cinnamon stick and serve.
Drink like this or with some milk foam and cinnamon on top.
Tip: For extra smoothness mix all ingredients in a blender (without the cinnamon stick).
