Lime and Coconut proteins balls

Ingredients (about 20)

½ cup fine oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp Protein
1 cup pitted dates
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
½ cup raw cashews
¼ cup shredded coconut
Zest and juice ½ lime
¼ tsp cinnamon
Water (if needed and added 1 tbsp at a time)


Shredded coconut to coat
Place all ingredients in the food processor bowl (except the water) and blend until it forms a sticky mixture. It should hold when pressure with the fingers, if not add some water and blend again.
Place about 1 table spoon for each ball on the palm of your hands and make the balls. Coat through the coconut and store for about 15 days on the fridge or about 30 days on the freezer.
You can take them with you throughout the day for a healthy pre workout snack.
