Cake Mug


1 free range egg
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp gluten free flour
1 tbsp Wisdom
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp vegetable milk


Preheat the oven at 180C.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or in a mug (choose one that holds oven temperatures) and bake it for about 8-10 minutes.
Serve with berries.

Suggestion: add some nuts to the dough.
